Envirolight is a joint venture between three major parties:

Metair Limited is a Johannesburg Stock Exchange Listed Company which inter alia owns Hella South Africa (Proprietary) Limited. Hella is an internationally approved manufacturer of automotive headlights including Toyota and BMW.

It manufactures under a license from Hella Germany and uses the latest technology applied in damp vapour metalising.

Cinzaco (Pty) Limited comprises a group of electrical engineers and designers who have utilised their experience, expertise and innovative ideas to design the Envirolight products.

Straits Lighting (Pty) Limited is a subsidiary of Straits Chemical Investors Limited a Company borne out of a joint venture with Eric Lim a director of Chemical Industries Far East Limited a Singapore Listed entity in the Chlor Alkali Industry.
